WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

What an absolute delight having dealt with Michael at Mikes Great Bear .After having been told by my dealer that i needed pads and rotors for a ridiculous amount . i went to Mikes Great Bear where they completed the job for less than half of the dealers amount. I will reccomend Mikes Great Bear to my friends and family.

QUICK AND EFFICENT

I had no problem with Mikes Great Bear, I took my car in for some major work, they not only gave me a great competative price, they finished it when they said they would. Mike was great in explaining to me everything that was involved in the repairs so I felt comfortable. He was very knowledgable and they are in a great location just off 95 on Hollywood Blvd I will be back with all of my auto repairs because these guys were honest and treated me fairly

HONEST, INTEGRITY

I called and spoke to AL Yaghy the manager and he offered me a free inspection of my brakes. I had been to another shop and the said i need $944.00 worth of work done on my brakes. The funny thing is that i went to the other shop just for an oil change and rotation. Well AL got my car in and showed me that the brakes we not only in good condition but that i wouldn't need them for at least 6 months to a year. The technicians did however point out that i needed a C.V.xle which was defective and could have left me stranded. The owner Mike was also involved and offered any assistanceas well. Overall my experience was GREAT and highly recommend anyone who want a honest repair and opinion.......
